All purchases are final

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on MINERVA Business Academy from Derechos del Fútbol, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("MINERVA", "we", "us").

All purchases are final. Because you receive immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits, including for change of mind or partial use.

Exceptions

We will refund the amount concerned, to the original payment method, only in the following cases:

• a duplicate charge or a billing error;
• a course that we cancel before your access to it has been enabled;
• a withdrawal from a purchase made from Argentina or Brazil within the period that applies (10 calendar days in Argentina and 7 in Brazil), before you download materials, play paid lessons or start activities, as described in our Purchase Terms; or
• any case in which the mandatory law that applies to you grants you a right to a refund.

The time it takes for a refund to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

How to withdraw from a purchase

If you bought from Argentina or Brazil, use the Withdrawal button at the bottom of every page of our website. You do not need to sign in: we show you a request code immediately and send it to you by email.

How to request a correction

If you believe that one of these exceptions applies, write to info@minervabusiness.com from the email address linked to your account. Include your order number and a short description of the problem, such as the date and amount of a duplicate charge. We will reply within 10 business days and may ask you for additional information to check the charge.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank: it is the fastest way to resolve a billing problem.
