Resume where you left off
Your progress is saved as you study. From your campus home, Continue takes you to the lesson and the point in the video where you left off, on any device.
Lesson practice
- Lessons include practice questions with explanations. Depending on the course, they are in an activity you open with Start activity, in the lesson summary or from the syllabus, or the video pauses to ask them.
- Practice does not count toward your grade or your certificate, and you can repeat it as many times as you like.
- If the video pauses with questions, the ones you miss are added to your review for the next few days. You can turn off automatic pauses in Settings › Playback.
Exam simulator
In exam preparation courses, the course home has a Practice simulator with daily practice, mock exams and a mode to review the questions you missed. The simulator saves your progress on the device where you use it.
Captions, transcripts and materials
Videos have captions that you can turn on in the player. When a lesson has materials, they are in the Materials tab below the video, and the transcript is collapsed at the end of the lesson.
If the video does not load
- Reload the page: the campus requests new access to the video and keeps your place.
- Try another network or turn off browser extensions that block content.
- If it still does not load, use Contact support on the course home page: we include the course in your request.
