If you bought at the price for Argentina, you can withdraw within 10 calendar days of payment; if the deadline falls on a non-business day, it extends to the next business day. At the price for Brazil, within 7 calendar days. You don't need to give a reason or sign in.

You lose the right of withdrawal if, after payment, you downloaded materials, watched paid lessons or started course activities. The free sample lesson doesn't count.

  1. Fill out the form.
  2. You get a request code on screen and by email.
  3. You confirm from your email that the request is yours.
  4. If it qualifies, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

In other countries, all sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You can still send a request: we'll record it and our team will review it.

When the withdrawal qualifies, course access ends as soon as you confirm it. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider. More details in the Purchase terms.

It starts with MIN- and appears in your confirmation email. If you don't have it, we can find the purchase with your email.
