Verify your email

When you create your account, we send you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the verification screen. The code expires after 10 minutes; if it has expired, request a new one from the same screen.

• If it does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder.
• Check that you typed your email address correctly.
• Wait a few minutes before requesting another code: each new request replaces the previous one.

Forgot your password

Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. The link we send you works only once and expires after one hour.

A course you bought is missing

Courses appear in My campus › My courses once the payment is confirmed. If the payment shows as approved and the course is missing, write to us with your order number (it starts with MIN-).
